    • Price rentals right for your market and reduce vacancies. We use a built-in rental comparison tool provides actual rental rates for units similar to yours in the same geographic location. This insight allows us to maximize your revenue and fill vacancies faster.
    • Handle property maintenance issues faster. We use AppFolio for electronic work-orders and communication with vendors so we can quickly resolve issues. At your request, we can email you a copy of the work order and relevant information giving you real-time updates.
    • On-demand access to your statements. Owner statements are securely posted to an online Owners Portal, saving time and paper. These simple statements provide you with a quick snapshot of your property details for the past month. We can also include maintenance invoices and additional reports you request.

    RentPayment.com provides a secure place to collect rent and deposits. As our owners manage their own property finances and accounts, the money is deposited directly from the tenant payment (bank processing time is approximately 2 days). Tenants are able to make payments using ACH or credit cards and choose whether to automatically pay rent each month, receive a reminder and use the one-click confirm, or use a website or their APP. We get immediate email notification when someone pays as well as when a payment is returned.

    Alliance 2020 provides secure online applications that take payment from the applicant. We use their Full Tenant Screening report that includes:

    • Consumer Credit Report with FICO 04 score
    • Nationwide criminal records and sex offender search
    • Eviction history (4 years)
    • Rental history verification (2 years)
    • Employment history (2 years)
